Stripped oil feed line / banjo bolt? here's what to do
Using a drill press, bore out the new bolt so that the filter can be flipped around and held in the bolt instead of the block. The ID should be the exact same as the original bolt. Then drill the three oil holes that lead into the bajo loop approximately 120° apart. Be sure to line these 3 holes up with the banjo grove depth.

Once the bolts are out the bracket comes right out and the Banjo Bolt is exposed. Remove the Banjo, drill your holes, clean it thoroughly and then put on new O-Ring and Re-install bolt.

The bolt's center is 1/4". The "feed" holes are 1/8" and there are 4 of them. The volume that those 4, 1/8" holes, can flow is the same as what can pass through the 1/4" hole. Drilling the 1/8" holes bigger means the limiting factor is still that 1/4" bolt center hole. It's just like the HPOP Oil Change :wink[3]:
