Plate-style package stops (also known as dead plates) are flat metal plates that drop into sections of unpowered (gravity-flow) roller conveyors. They create a flat surface for stopping conveyed items and also provide work space for tasks such as packaging, assembling, or inspecting conveyed items.

The Model FS25 is a fixed flat stop designed to be bolted to the butt plate couplers of our 2-1/2" channel frame. Please note that most of our 2-1/2" frames, particulary skatewheel conveyor, have hook and rod couplers or no couplers, butt plates are required for this flat stop. The stop is constructed of 3"x3/16" painted steel.
